Who are we?
Sharn Atherton is the founder and Managing Director of Pastures Consulting.
Working in Learning and Development for over 20 years across the legal, utilities and food retail sectors, Sharn specialises in behavioural development to create sustainable change, increase business performance through people engagement and wellbeing.
Coaching philosophy is at the core of what we do and the belief that everyone can develop and achieve their potential if they are open to new possibilities and ways of thinking.
What do we do?
Before we jump in with a solution, we take time to understand our client’s strategy and vision, their challenges, culture and aspirations. To ensure the investment they make in time and money is of value to their business and its people.
Our approach will vary depending on the outcome required.
Working with clients to provide one to one and team coaching; facilitating workshops to develop skills and behaviours; consulting and advising on all things Learning and development, creating behavioural frameworks aligned to culture and facilitating psychometric assessments and feedback.
